Starch Europe Conference - Between The Farm and the Fork


We are excited to invite you to participate in our 2020 virtual conference: Between the Farm and the Fork: How can the Starch Industry Contribute to a More Sustainable Food System?


Hosted by MEP Asger Christensen (European Parliament, Renew Europe) and moderated by Jacki Davis (Journalist), the event will bring together high-level panelists to discuss both the opportunities and challenges for the starch industry, and what contribution it can bring, in achieving the goals of the EU Green Deal and Farm to Fork Strategy. These will include Marius Vaščega (European Commission, Head of Cabinet Commissioner Virginijus Sinkevičius), Sabine Juelicher (Director, DG Sante), Friedrich Wacker (Director General, EU-Affairs, International Cooperation, Fisheries; German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture), and Christophe Rupp-Dahlem (Starch Europe President).
