European starch industry 2022 isoglucose sales figures
Starch Europe is pleased to publish the latest updated sales figures for glucose-fructose syrups and fructose-glucose syrups (jointly known as isoglucose), which include the figures for 2022, as the latest year for which consolidated figures exist (1).
The 3% decline in overall sales in 2022 compared to 2021 is consistent with the decline in sales of all ingredients of the EU starch industry over the same timeframe.
